Terms of use
These terms apply when you use AthSaga, whether you organize a tournament, take part in one, or manage profiles for your family. By using AthSaga you agree to them.
Your account
- If you are under 18, use AthSaga only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission, or let them manage your profile.
- Keep access to your mobile number secure. You are responsible for what happens through your account.
- Give accurate details, especially dates of birth used for age categories.
Organizers
- You run your tournament: its rules, eligibility, schedules, results and any fees, which you collect outside AthSaga.
- Only add people, especially children, with their permission or their parent’s or guardian’s. Only ask for information you need, use it only for your tournament, keep results accurate, and answer flagged results fairly. If you make results public, participants’ names become public.
- AthSaga does not organize, supervise or insure events. Make sure venues, equipment and supervision are safe.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse AthSaga: no false or offensive content, impersonation, harassment, spam, attempts to access other people’s data, or attempts to disrupt or overload the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you add. You allow us to store and show it as needed to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.
The service
AthSaga is in early access and provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for injuries or disputes arising from events organized through AthSaga.
Suspension and changes
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms and will show the new date here. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
